The Chamber Choir Madrid of Madrid hosts its Third Course of Vocal Technique and Choral Chant, focusing on Spanish Renaissance polyphony, and with a large presence of the music of Tomás Luis de Victoria.

Abvlensis has the pleasure of to have in its third edition an interpretation course taught by The Hilliard Ensemble, a last lecture that summarizes forty years of excellence, culminating in a public concert: Ultima Lectio.
Has been officially presented the program of the third edition of the Abvlensis International Music Festival to be held in Ávila between 25 and 30 August 2014. Features new performers and scheduled activities, plus the addition of new places for the concerts. These days is taking place the XXIV Festival of Sacred Art in Madrid. From February 21 through April 6 2014, different places of the Community of Madrid will offer an extensive program that includes music, theater, dance and film.
Within the music program, we will have the opportunity to listen to concerts with works by Tomás Luis de Victoria.
On April 18, Good Friday, as part of the LIII Semana de Música Religiosa de Cuenca, Schola Antiqua and The Tallis Scholars groups will offer, under the direction of Juan Carlos Asensio Palacios and Peter Phillips respectively, a reconstruction of the complete Office of Good Friday in the hours prescribed by the ritual -with some license-.
Our Center organizes, in collaboration with the Comunnity of Dominican Real Monasterio de Santo Tomás, a special concert by the Early Music Group of the University of Valladolid, playing an interesting program with music by Tomás Luis Victoria, C. Monteverdi , A. Falconieri , H. Purcell and Fray Jerónimo González.
From Thursday November 7, 2013 until January 23, 2014, at Valladolid University, it will take place the First Ancient Music Days where, with the title Desde la fuente a la interpretación there will be papers by F. Paolo Russo, C. Diego Pacheco, J. Abreu, P. Estudante, A. Recasens, S. Aguirre Rincón, A. Pedrero Encabo and C. Fernández-Caballero Rufete.

The city of Toledo will host of the symposium "El entorno musical del Greco" within the Jornadas de investigación y difusión en el 400 aniversario de la muerte del Greco. The event will take place between January 30 and February 2 and will be attended by leading researchers that provide news about the musical legacy of a period of great artistic splendor.
Camerata Abulense Choir program another year this musical cicle, in order to pay tribute annualy to our composer.
In this occasion two choirs, the host one and Coro Gaudeamus from Madrid will play two concerts, on saturday 26th. at 20:00 and on sunday 27th. at 20:30, respectively, in San Francisco Auditorium in capital city. The admission is free with limited capacity.
